Blue frankish rosé 2017

Pinot Gris 2017
A type of French origins -Pinot Gris- which really seems to have found its home in the cool, rainy territories of Zala valley. Cooler climates and a chalky subsoil make its scent and flavour particularly rich. It’s harvested at full biological maturity, with a golden-yellow colour and a strong, yet elegant scent.
It was harvested all biological maturity from one of the oldest – if not the oldest – Rizlingszilváni vineyard and prepared by reductive wine technology. Wine is pleasant taste and world of fragrance recognizable the old Hungarian garden flowers – Reseda, Viola – and fresh fruity character. Fine acidity fits almost to the few grams of residual sugar, which is located in the wine, but it also makes it whole.

Grown on Csáford’s best land, Kozári peak, on a soil of deep strate löess, it has a different style compared to Hungary’s other Chardonnays. Harvested at full biological maturity, this is a wine with soft acids and a discreet yet elegant scent.
Savignon blanc 2017
Wine is dry, elegant, greenish-yellow and playful nature which prepared by reductive technology. Nettle and elderberry is perceptible with fruity – apples, peaches – in the wine, which makes even more exciting.
It was harvested end of September – all biological maturity – and prepared by reductive wine technology. Wine is shining yellow and light dancing motion. Scent evokes carries the spices of Hungarian cuisine. Although the pepper dominate the space, behind it can be discovered – a little aeration – savory, rosemary and thyme chasing the glass. Its flavour is emphasized, the same freshness of a fine resin background. In the mid sip – mouth spread – a mild salty flavour and acidity also plays us the most beautifully unfolds here. Its delicious aftertaste and deep flavour wine.
Savignon blanc 2011
Wine was made of in mid-November harvested ripe, shrivelled, picked grapes and was matured in oak barrels for six months. The colour of wine is straw yellow and can be discovered quince, dried figs and citrus in aromas. The residual sugar, elegant acid and late flavours create perfect harmony, which make ladies favourite.
Full-bodied wine was prepared shrivelled grapes which were harvested in late November. Residual sugar and acid content meet excellent ratio. Due to the late harvest time high alcohol content of the wine, extract and acid create perfect harmony Walnuts, almonds and Turkish honey can be discovered in aromas. The wine was matured for twice six months in oak barrels.
